Course Overview
This workshop adds depth to our introductory course (301). It uses the same framework, our Nine Steps to SuccessTM methodology, but it delves deeper into the subjects our trainees have been asking for: strategic thinking, practical examples, details on cascading, budgeting, change management, evaluation and other advanced topics. We recommend that people take Course 301 before this course, or have equivalent experience in using the methodology. This course is taught by our most senior staff. Topics covered by the course include:
